Flux Cam ("Flux Cam," "we," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that applies to our mobile apps (collectively "Apps", and each an "App"). None of our Apps collect any user data under any circumstances.
1. HOW WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR INFORMATION
The app uses face data solely on the device for feature functionality. Face data is not collected, stored, or shared. All processing is performed locally and the face data is not retained.
We do not collect, store, or process any personal or anonymous data through our Apps.
2. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
Since no data is collected, no data is shared with any third parties. However, theoretically, if any information were to exist, it could be shared under the following legal circumstances:
- In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes;
- To protect our or a third party's legal rights or to defend against a legal claim; and
- As part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or at bankruptcy.
3. YOUR OPTIONS
As our Apps do not collect any data, there is no need for opt-out mechanisms or tracking preferences.
4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Our Apps and their content are not directed at children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete such information immediately. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. However, we reaffirm that our Apps do not and will not collect user data under any circumstances. Continued use of our Apps signifies your acceptance of any changes to this policy.
